FiberMark Red Bridge International has over 80 years experience in the manufacture and conversion of paper and textile based products, in recent years we have used this technology to apply coatings to a wide range of other substrates.

Based at our 73000 sq. ft. site in Bolton we have a comprehensive research and development department constantly engaged in the development of our coating/production technology.

In the plant we have:

• 7 coating machines employing five different coating methods

• 1 Rotary Gravure printing machine.

• 5 embossing machines incorporating over 30 grain options.

• 3 sheeting machines

• 1 guillotine

• 3 slitting machines

• 4 finished product inspection machines

We also devote a significant proportion of our time reacting to design and fashion trends within the industry, we can produce small samples, for example, to make publicity dummies on our RK bench top coating machine, this simulates most of our production processes on a small scale producing rolls 300mm wide up to 50 meters in length.
